Agreement
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Cliporator, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Cliporator.
Plans
Cliporator offers a Free plan and a paid Creator subscription. Free renders include Cliporator attribution in exported videos. Creator removes Cliporator attribution and lets you use your own call-to-action area.
Creator subscriptions are purchased through Stripe and may be offered monthly or annually. Prices, renewal timing, and cancellation options are shown at checkout.
Free Version Attribution
If you use the Free version of Cliporator, exported videos may include Cliporator attribution, such as "Made with Cliporator" and "cliporator.com."
You must keep that Cliporator attribution visible and reasonably legible in videos created with the Free version. You may not remove, crop, obscure, hide, alter, disable, or use another tool or process to remove the attribution from Free version exports.
To remove Cliporator attribution, upgrade to Creator and activate your license in the app.
Creator License
A Creator license activates Cliporator on one Mac at a time unless we state otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your checkout email and license key accurate and secure.
If a Creator subscription is canceled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, or otherwise not in good standing, Cliporator may fall back to Free mode.
Your Content
You are responsible for the audio, video, images, music, logos, text, and other content you use with Cliporator. Make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to create, render, publish, and distribute your clips.
Cliporator is designed to process your source media locally on your Mac. We do not claim ownership of your source media or rendered clips.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Cliporator to:
- Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
- Bypass, tamper with, or abuse licensing, activation, subscription, or attribution systems.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute Cliporator except where allowed by law.
- Interfere with Cliporator services, security, or infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Cliporator or MicroMacro Technology.
Updates and Changes
Cliporator may change over time. We may update the app, pricing, plans, licensing, support flows, or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
Availability
Cliporator is provided as available. We work to keep the app, licensing services, and support resources reliable, but we do not guarantee that everything will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cliporator and MicroMacro Technology are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
